Under 9s
They played the best game all year on Saturday morning and led from start to finish in their 32-11 win over Penshurst RSL Gold.  There were many oustanding performances, especially our best forward on the day Tim Karanicolas and best back Joe.

Under 13s
In a hard fought win 30-20 win over Penshurst RSL Scots Under 13s played a very tight first half.  The second half saw a turnaround and the boys managed to overpower their opposition.  It was a great game by all players with some notable support from a number of the Under 12 players.

Under 14s
Unfortunately the wins from Saturday didn’t carry forward to the first Scots game on Sunday with the Under 14s not living up to their potential in a 4-48 loss to Five Dock RSL.  It was not one of the teams best performances, which gave a strong opposition a chance to run away with the match.

A Grade
All year the games between Scots and Kingsgrove A Grade sides have been close affairs.  Even though Scots led all the way in this game Colts just kept coming at Scots.  The Scots guys showed the skills and termination that they are capable of.  Our forward really stepped up and when given the chance our backs took it to the line.  An 80 metre run by Dave Cargill (a 20-year veteran) was just one of many highlights.
