Under 9s – Grand Final Runners Up

Our Under 9s, also known as the Fairy Tale Team, started the season with only 5 players, and no officials. Thankfully this team gained a Coach Peter Swain, Manager Monica and trainers Frank and Todd, who gave them their total attention. Each week they gained a new player and after winning their first game 2 weeks before the Finals, went on to win the Semi and Final and play in the Grand Final of the B. Division. Even though they didn’t win on the day, the grand final was still a great end to a true Fairy tale.
