1.    Reading and Confirmation of the Minutes of the previous A.G.M.
2.    Consideration and Adoption of the Annual Report
3.    Consideration and Adoption of the Annual Balance Sheet
4.    Ratification of Submissions
5.    Election of the Office Bearers and General Committee for Season 2008

ELIGIBLE TO VOTE – As per the Constitution number 9 (a to e)
1.    Life Members
2.    Members of the 2007 Committees of Office Bearers
3.    Registered Coach, Manager, Trainer of the 2007 teams.
4.    Registered A Grade, B. Grade, C. Grade players from 2007. over the age of 18

As per the Constitution numbers 12 and 13

All matters for consideration (voting) at the A.G.M. must be in the form of a submission tabled at a general committee meeting prior to the A.G.M.

All matters for discussion (General Business) at the A.G.M. must be submitted to the Secretary in writing 7 days prior to the meeting (that means it needs to be received by Glenys prior to Tuesday 9th October).
