Here are a few important early pieces of information regarding registration and training.

SENIOR TEAMS TRAINING – A Grade, U21,U19,U17 – TUESDAY 20TH JANUARY

The four senior teams will commence 2009 training in one squad for the first month – until both numbers and competition have been finalised.  They will be training at NORTH BARTON PARK at 6.30p.m.

MID GRADE TEAMS U16,U15,U14,U13 – TUESDAY 27TH JAN

The four mid grades teams will commence 2009 training in two squads for the first couple of weeks.  Training will be at NORTH BARTON PARK at 6pm.

JUNIOR TEAMS – U12 TO U6 – TUESDAY 3RD FEBRUARY

The youngest members of our Scots teams will be starting back in February and will be training at NORTH BARTON PARK at 5pm.

CLUB FEES AND REGISTRATION

ALL REGISTRATION WILL BE AT TRAINING

It is to be noted this year that due to the St. George District Insurance Registration all Club Fees must be paid before any player any age group will be allowed onto the field for competition games (trial games allowed) – no exceptions, all coaching staff have agreed to stand players down until the fees are paid.

Anyone unable to pay the total amount in one payment please talk to the clubs registration officials and a payment plan will be arranged for you.

Fees are $80 first player in family $70 second player in family $60 third players and so on down – however this applies to siblings only not cousins.

• 1st Player in family – $70
• 2nd Player in family – $60
• 3rd Player in family – $50 – 4th and other siblings free

Fees include – Jersey (you get to keep it at the end of the year) and Socks – Shorts on sale $20 a pair

LIMITED TIME DISCOUNT : There will be a $10 reduction on all fees payed before the weekend of 12th/13th April

Registration happens on Tuesdays and Thursday at training.  Just head on over to the sheds and complete the registration forms.

Under 12s to Under 6s – either at the club recruitment or Tuesday 28th February (at the start of training)
Under 16s to Under 13s – at the start of training on Tuesday 14th February
A Grade to Under 18s – at start fo training on Tuesday 14th February

All players will be required to complete both the St George registration form and the club registration form at the time of registration.  All players over 18 and a parent of each player under 18 are required to be members of the Scots licensed club for registration to be taken.

The fees for 2006 are -

$60 per player
$50 for the second player in each family
$40 for the third and subsequent players from each family

A $10 rebate will be paid on all fees paid prior to the last training day in April (one month into the competition).

Remember that at the end of the year all players at Scots go home with their jersey and socks.  The club fees cover only part of this cost.

Shorts – will be $16 a pair on sale at training, trials and games.

The club recruitment day is a 90 minute skill based program run jointly by the Scots Club and St George Development office.

The cost is $10 per child and this fee includes for each child a -

• football
• water bottle
• poster

This day is open to all Scots players from last year, from Under 6 to Under 12, and also any new boys interested in playing.
